Refund policy

At Faith Like, we’re committed to providing you with products that inspire bold faith and a Christ-centered lifestyle. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right, gracefully and respectfully.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn apparel or used items (e.g., mugs, notebooks, etc.).

  • Final Sale: Digital products, eBooks, and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@faithlike.org with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct it immediately.
